Cable protection
Durable and flexible protection profiles for cables, hoses and pipes in dimensions up to Ø120.
The profiles have a longitudinal cut so that they can be folded over the installation you want to protect. Due to the flexibility of the profiles over a wide temperature range, they are very easy to assemble.
Ø70-120 TPU
Strong profile made of TPU, which is energy-absorbing, impact-resistant and has excellent abrasive properties over a wide temperature range subsea or on land.
The interior design with longitudinal embedded TPU hoses improves the shock-absorbing properties of the profile, as well as contributes to air / water circulation to avoid overheating around power cables etc.
Ø25-45 TPU
An agile and light profile made of TPU, which is energy absorbing, impact-resistant and has excellent abrasive properties over a wide temperature range subsea or on land.
Delivered in long lengths on drums or shorter straight lengths.
Ø25-35 SEBS
This profile was originally developed for the protection of telecommunications cables and is today widely used for new installations of cables on the seabed, as well as for retrofitting to existing installations.
The profile is manufactured in TPS-SEBS elastomer, which is impact-resistant, durable and well suited for maritime installations. Supplied on drum.
Ø10-20 LDPE
A cheap and simple profile designed for protection of cables, hoses and pipes against light abrasive wear.
The profile is made of a split thin-walled LDPE pipe, and is available for smaller dimensions up to Ø25.
Color and length according to customer's wishes.
Supplied in coil, on drum or in straight lengths.
